What a crazy weekend!! Seriously Halloween is so stressful for me..as Mandy, Jeff, Sharon and Jim can attest to. I am a stress case until the candy is handed out and the kids are home and in bed after a sugar crash.
Fun times though and times that I wouldn't want to go without. I love these little ladies and I love how exciting it is for them. The town we live in changed Halloween to the Saturday. I don't agree that we needed it changed, we could have just had a trunk or treat like the rest of the world but seeing as it's not up to me we just went ahead and went out last night. The older girls went with their friends for the first yr and that was really hard for me. I ended up joining them and taking them to some other areas. The little 3 went with their daddy and really had fun. We got lucky and had our cousins Connor and Lincoln come down and go with us. Good times!!
We had a Greek Princess (J) a Gypsy (B) a leopard (K) a Fairy princess (A) and a Strawberry/Zebra (R).
We carved a turtle for the school carving contest. We didn't win...oh well maybe next yr.
